As a multidisciplinary artist and experimental filmmaker I am situated in Vienna/Austria since 2015. After having been born in California/USA and growing up in Rheinland-Pfalz/Germany, I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in the department of sculpture with Heimo Zobernig in 2019. For my studies of Photography and Philosophy, which I graduated from with Prof. Dr. Juliane Rebentisch and Martin Liebscher in 2016, I previously lived in Frankfurt/Main, Offenbach, Marburg and Glendale, Arizona.
In 2020 I received the Start Stipendium by the State of Austria, as well as having participated in the Mentoring Program of the BMKOES. My work has been shown in renowned exhibition spaces within Austria as well as internationally and has been acquired by the City of Vienna and the Klingspormuseum in Offenbach, to name a few. In recent years I was a member of the independent art space foundation and I am currently a member of the art association Ve.Sch in Vienna.
My work is concerned with the dynamics of group behaviour and the co-creation of meaning in the ritual of exhibition making. In site-specific installations and in curatorial projects I create new systems of communicative moments to scrutinize the production of art.
